Who doesn’t love a good chilli? Hearty, slightly sweet AND with a mustard-y kick, this bowl of goodness was made to fill. Fibre is the key ingredient to a healthy digestive system, and beans are naturally packed with protein. The most delicious chilli a plant-based chilli can be!

This soup can be eaten cold, or hot. On a warm summer’s day, this soup is coupled beautifully with a robust spinach and radish salad. On cold winter nights, this soup hits the spot coupled with a warmed goat cheese salad.

Creamy, rich, warming mushroom soup. We don’t know about you, but this is what we craving the second our clouds to grey. This soup has both white and black cracked pepper to give just a slight amount of heat. That heat also keeps the nasals flowing come ‘stuffed up season’. Come rain clouds and cold season, this one is our go to.

A fresh loaf of french bread has never been used better than dipped into a hot bowl of our creamy, (with no cream) mushroom soup. Our favourite french loaf comes from Terra Breads, a local Vancouver bakery since 1993.
